Both times BOA rejected the transfer but subtracted $45 first as a 'service fee!' All the information provided on the wire transfer was exactly correct. This situation is not Walser's fault. I thought the service went well. I thought the communication was good while there. I was just disappointed that the online service deals were not applied to me so I ended up overpaying at the dealer which was disappointing. I reached out afterwards and was largely ignored.
We had an amazing experience with this dealership. The manager and sales associate were top notch. They even stayed late on a Friday to be sure we were able to take our new car home that day
