Friendly sales staff, car-missing floor mats, two severely scratched rims, no extra key. Had to purchase rims and floor mats and key. Very expensive for buying new car.

Went in for an oil change, The dealership did not reset the oil change mileage in the car system and as a result, some miles later within a week of taking in, the oil change needed light came on. Had to review the owners manual process to reset the mileage myself. Should not have happened at a dealership. Disappointing!

Charlie met with me, walked over issues. Tire calibration, headlight, sticker on glass residue at 6pm Thursday. 7pm called told me tires were adjusted with air, couldn't answer headlight till Friday said car was done. He said he would call Friday with headlight issue. Picked car up at 850pm Thursday. Sticker residue still there, tire light gone and headlight still not working correctly.

Only chose this dealership since it was a complimentary oil change from purchasing my vehicle there. Booked it online as complimentary then when my service was done they wrote up my bill and didn’t know anything about it being complimentary. I had a coupon for a oil change so I came in. The time I spent there I listened to sales try to scam everyone around me into getting unnecessary stuff done to their cars. My experience contained multiple missteps. Poor communication, no loaner car for recall and warranty work and not honoring the free oil change and tire rotation I received during vehicle purchase. Yuck

All was good with buying the truck only bad thing was glove box was broken said they had one at a different facility and would ship it to me and still haven’t seen it and it’s been a month since I bought the truck
First time customer and last time customer. we brought our vehicle in for what should have been covered under warranty, was talked to with much disrespect and charged hundreds of dollars to be told its not covered and no problems found. we then brought it into another shop and explained what our concerns were. vehicle is fix and running great no thanks to the service at this location.

I have been with Walser Coon Rapids since 2017 and have had nothing but excellent service from both the sales people and the service department. My questions are always answered promptly and I am never talked down to. I constantly recommend this dealership to others. Not planning on changing dealers anytime in the future.

I had great prompt service. They answered questions . The waiting area is pleasant and enjoyed the snacks.
Brought truck in because ignition key would not turn to start truck. They replaced a part and $400 for labor to take steering column apart but a couple days later same problem. Brought it back in and they replaced another part and had to pay another $300 labor to take steering column apart again to put in another part. So charging me double labor for fixing the same problem is not what I would call good business practices. I have bought 3 vehicles from your business and probably will be looking at a different dealership for next vehicle

My Nissan Cube which I purchased at Walser Nissan Coon Rapids in 2010 is still running fine. All necessary maintenance has been done by this dealer.
The service is good, like a number four explains. My largest issue, as I stated before, is this... If you offer me a price for a service I expect, charge me that price. Plus tax and all the other xx. Somewhere in my bill it needs to reference the price of the ad.

They sold my wife and I a brand new Frontier with multiple paint defects that were found after paint started to peel. We began the process of warranty work and was told by another Nissan dealership body shop that it is going to require an entire brand new paint job. These defects were caught after all of the paint protection was added. Service department was very helpful. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and fixed it.
The service department was able to get me in and out quickly and conveniently, they were also able to do all the routine maintenance that was recommended at a great price. My service advisor explained each step to me and made sure I understood everything. They have my complete trust.
