If I could give zero stars, I would. Front desk guy was extremely rude, talked over me the entire time. I was charged insanely high prices for very minimal diagnostic testing. I informed tech of code, charged $100 to confirm what I already knew. Then $200 for tech to drive car “less than 3 miles,” unable to replicate problem. In the end, close to $500 in diagnosing a bad gas cap. I will never bring my vehicle back. Horrible up charging. Rude customer service. Fancy dealership looking to rip people off. Thanks for the cup of coffee.
The dealership aims to please and treat their customers personally. We had issues with the new car at first but to a person they all wanted to make it right
They were not overly pushy about purchasing the vehicle. The buying process seemed a bit rushed and our salesperson kept running between the manger and us. Felt like he wasn’t experienced in the sales part, would have preferred to deal directly with the person doing the paper work instead of having the running back and forth.

Ed Safdari was great with our purchase of 2026 Nissan Pathfinder. The way this dealer does car deals makes life easy and quick. From test drive to on our way home took less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend.
My salesman was great to work with. Showed me all the fun features on my new Pathfinder. Little disappointed that Nissan thinks the engine cover is an “accessory” and doesn’t already come equipped.
Scott and Henry were easy to work with. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. Aside from a scrape which appeared between the time I signed the check and the time it was delivered, have not had any complaints so far.

It's easy to complain about a used car purchase when there is a problem! However when a dealership goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer it can go without due credit. Bought a car from this dealer. Had issues 1st week. They told me they would take care of them. Brought car in to them. Now they say they will not take care of issues. I had to take car somewheres else. Cost me $400. Because of my experience with this Walser Coon Rapids. I would not recommend them and I will never go back there. They are friendly to your face, but different on phone. If you look and find a car there and they tell you it has been 100% inspected, good luck with that. I have nothing more to say

Henry was not pushy on the extended warranties nor the other add-ons. After declining the extended warranties I did have to then decline it again from another sales person which I was ready for, but he wasn't overly pushy either.
The process from start to finish took 2 hours.
Id say 30m of that was likely the custom plate paperwork.

Carl was so patient with us as we were navigating trying to purchase a vehicle for my daughter but also keeping it within the monthly payment that we needed it to be. We highly recommend this dealership!! We had such a great experience. We spent time (2 visits) at a different dealership (and different make of vehicle) who were not friendly or helpful to us at all. At the end of the day, my daughter absolutely loves her Nissan Rogue and we are glad we chose Coon Rapids Nissan!!

The service department has always been good to deal with and the vehicle was always done on time.
Terrible wait time and service department not very good. Said they were gonna patch my tire after a hour wait then come back and say it’s not patch able so they give me quotes on two new tires for the rear but have to wait a week for the cheaper option but they will go pick up the expensive option asap. Not great communication and very sloooooooow!
I had a terrific experience with the Walser Coon Rapids Team! I found a truck they had for sale, contacted them and they responded quickly, had it ready for me to see and test drive and made the purchasing process simple and smooth. I had a small issue the day after I picked up the truck and they took care of it immediately and made sure I was happy with the purchase.
