I was not pleased with how they tried to diagnose the problem with my vehicle not starting, Ended up still having the same problem. I ended up going on line to figure out the problem myself to see it is a reoccurring problem with Nissan frontier pickups and repaired it myself after paying $250 for a non diagnosis.
Ed Safdari worked with me and helped me through the purchsing of my new Rogue. I couldn't have asked for a nicer sales person. He connected my phone showed me how many of the Bells this thing has works. A Big thanks to him and the drest of the guys.
Bought a car through them with the agreement they'd repair the air conditioner they acknowledged (the sales manager acknowledged and stated would fix) was broken at the time of purchase. They had me call and set up an appt to have it fixed, which I did. They "fixed" it and the service advisor explained if stopped working within 30 days to return and have them fix again. I gave the sales person an impossible task. My present vehicle has everything I need, gets 40mpg and has a warranty for another 5 years with a payment of only $225.00 a month. They did their best but could not beat what I have. Close, but not enough to get me to trade. If you have any complaint about your present vehicle or simply need a vehicle these people will do their best to get your business.

I have been to this service counter with an appointment and waited for 10 minutes without a smile or any eye contact. Every time I get my car serviced, I seem to have to go back again for something they missed or caused.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Front desk guy was extremely rude, talked over me the entire time. I was charged insanely high prices for very minimal diagnostic testing. I informed tech of code, charged $100 to confirm what I already knew. Then $200 for tech to drive car “less than 3 miles,” unable to replicate problem. In the end, close to $500 in diagnosing a bad gas cap. I will never bring my vehicle back. Horrible up charging. Rude customer service. Fancy dealership looking to rip people off. The dealership aims to please and treat their customers personally. We had issues with the new car at first but to a person they all wanted to make it right
They were not overly pushy about purchasing the vehicle. The buying process seemed a bit rushed and our salesperson kept running between the manger and us. Felt like he wasn’t experienced in the sales part, would have preferred to deal directly with the person doing the paper work instead of having the running back and forth.

My salesman was great to work with. Showed me all the fun features on my new Pathfinder. Little disappointed that Nissan thinks the engine cover is an “accessory” and doesn’t already come equipped.
Scott and Henry were easy to work with. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. Aside from a scrape which appeared between the time I signed the check and the time it was delivered, have not had any complaints so far.

It's easy to complain about a used car purchase when there is a problem! However when a dealership goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer it can go without due credit. Bought a car from this dealer. Had issues 1st week. They told me they would take care of them. Brought car in to them. Now they say they will not take care of issues. I had to take car somewheres else. Cost me $400. Because of my experience with this Walser Coon Rapids. I would not recommend them and I will never go back there. They are friendly to your face, but different on phone. If you look and find a car there and they tell you it has been 100% inspected, good luck with that. I have nothing more to say
