We ran into problems with a wire transfer. We attempted two transfers from a Fidelity checking account to Walser's Bank of America account. Both times BOA rejected the transfer but subtracted $45 first as a 'service fee!' All the information provided on the wire transfer was exactly correct. This situation is not Walser's fault.
