I thought the service went well. I thought the communication was good while there. I was just disappointed that the online service deals were not applied to me so I ended up overpaying at the dealer which was disappointing. I reached out afterwards and was largely ignored.
What a waste of time! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I was actively working with a salesman and after his much persistence, and a price reduction, I decided to buy. I obtained my own financing in under an hour. I recontacted him shortly thereafter and was told that the car allegedly went to another dealership (without the salesman‘s knowledge ) and now it’s been sold. A total waste of time completely initiated by Scott in the sales department.
