This was my first time doing business with this dealership, in fact my first time having purchased a Nissan. My sales lady Jenae was so awesome! She made sure I loved my new to me rogue! I had some concerns a week or so after i bought the vehicle but Jenae and Andrew the used car manager were more than willing to accommodate me and even offered me an exchange if i wanted! I ended up keeping the Rogue i originally purchased but they were very helpful in helping me address my concerns.

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Frontier yesterday. Jenae was extremely helpful and courteous. She set up a test drive as soon as the dealership opened at 8:30 AM as I had an appointment later that morning. Jenae also stayed past her scheduled hours to allow me to complete the paperwork on the vehicle later that evening and drive it home. Even though she said that she has been working at Walser Nissan only a few months, she knew exactly what she was doing. She is very competent and comfortable working with her clients.

I wasn’t originally in the market for a new car, but after getting rear ended resulting in my car being totaled out, I found myself in sudden need.
